The Senior Management Programme (SMP) is designed for managers that have at least three years managerial experience. The SMP participant should have at least three persons reporting to them, and may not necessarily be reporting directly to the managing director of the organisation. The school now runs two types of the programme, the regular SMP and the modular SMP. The Senior Management
Programme (SMP) is a four-month Programme organized three times a year beginning in February, May and August. While the modular is SMP is a six-month programme beginning in November.

Managers who have worked for at least three years as managers and have at least three persons reporting to them. Such managers may not necessarily be reporting to the managing director of the organisation.
