The inflexible, authoritarian management styles of the past have been replaced by more participatory, visionary management styles with collaborative work-teams that focus on the bottom-line results. The 21st Century managers will work within fluid organizational structure, involve others in decision making and sharing information freely and empower individual employees to do what is necessary to achieve organizational goals and objectives. Facilitators: Abiodun Odeyemi: MCIPS (London), M.Sc., (Managerial Psychology) An experienced management practitioner with over 20 years of post graduation experience spanning the manufacturing and other sectors of the economy. Mr. Odeyemi worked with various organizations. He was the A. G. M. Supply Chain, Pivot Engineering Co. Ltd. He will lead other Facilitators to share their experiences on this programme.
