Identifying and understanding your customer's emotions is one major way to improve your sales success. It helps across the entire sales cycle - from prospecting to positioning as well as when you close the sale.This course will assist you learn how to use emotional Intelligence techniques to understand and read other people's emotions, needs, and want thereby developing and applying your relational skills to improve sales performance. He has taken other courses on leadership in the Daystar Leadership Academy and he is presently taking a master’s degree course in leadership at the International Leadership University Orlando, USA with its center at the Africa Center for Theological Studies Maryland Lagos, Nigeria. He has worked in different companies ranging from IT firm (E-softies Nigeria Limited) as Software Solution manager to Consulting firm (Clement Ashley Consulting) as program/course coordinator and head of information technology. He has also worked with one of the most reputable electronic news media house in Nigeria (Channels TV) as the Head of IT and Web Coordinator.He has in recent time managed the online presence of organizations like Bi-Courtney Highway service, JFK Consulting and Cerda Building Construction Nigeria Limited to mention but a few. With over 15 years’ experience working with youth, Timon is passionate about the development of inherent gift, skills and good self-worth that the decadence in our society has robbed off our youths. He has spoken in a couple of seminars on the subject of “individual and corporate behavioural change”. He has for the past seven years been involved in interactive Leadership programs with the youth of some tertiary institutions in south-west region of Nigeria stressing the need for paradigm shift and behavioural change.
