Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) Training

This HR Business Partner training is a 5-day comprehensive course on human resource issues facing today's business owners, managers and human resource support staff. Facilitators will demonstrate that HR staff needs to be armed with the expertise to deal with the many employee relationship issues faced in today's dynamic workforce - from recruitment planning to exit interviews. Emphasis is placed on making HR decisions that are both effective and legal. After completing the training, participants should be able to demonstrate a practical grasp of: (1) The changing role of the human resource professional as a business partner; (2) How human resource planning and the organization’s strategic plan work together; among many other issues.
