Service is the only distinguishing factor between two competing organizations.  While drivers and dispatch riders intensify effort to be safety conscious at work, it is also worthy to note that in most cases, they have a great impact to make while attending to client's request.  Service failure from drivers and riders can cost organizations great businesses if not well handled.  This highly interactive training program is intended to address the importance of safety consciousness and excellent service delivery to all levels of drivers, riders and their supervisors. The training will be administered in digestible modules that are proven to help improve understanding and retention levels.
