COURSE OVERVIEW
This course offers an in-depth study of the legal, regulatory, and institutional frameworks essential for Public Private
Partnership (PPP) projects. It highlights how strong governance, clear rules, and transparent oversight boost
accountability and investor trust. The course includes practical exercises to design legal and institutional frameworks
that balance government, investor, and public interests. It also emphasizes fair risk sharing and sustainable
infrastructure development for long-term project success. Participants will learn about PPP laws and institutional
setups that promote successful public-private collaboration.
