It is no longer sufficient to have a good product or service: good products and services are merely the minimum requirements for taking part in the increasingly competitive environment. Products and services need to be positioned strategically and sustained creatively. This will require a deep understanding of the key risk issues, their interconnectedness and impacts on the profitability and sustainability of business.

While we appreciate that some Trading License Holders have functional risk units and have been training employees on risk issues, our approach is normally to examine and embed risk as an integral part of the business of Trading License Holders which determines growth and profitability. Risk and the Strategy of Trading License Holders are therefore presented and taught as two sides of the same coin and in a way that is easily comprehended

At the end of the programme, employees of TLHs will appreciate, understand and practice their business/work from a deep and practical risk advantage disposition ensuring that the purposes of risk management are embedded and achieved.

The objective of the programme is to significantly enhance the risk skills, knowledge and strategies of senior management and other employees of Trading License Holder firms which they require in order to effectively manage and lead their firms and CIS to a more sustainable, resilient and profitable position.
