This Programme has been designed bearing in mind the need of and with a lot of inputs from these Chairmen and Directors, Ministers and Commissioners, Legislators, Advisers and top Consultants.

It is aimed at experienced and new Senior PAs and Executives, Management Assistants and Executive Assistants who want to improve their performance and those who are new to the role and want to reach high levels.

Participants will leave this programme with a clearer idea of what their role is, what expectations their bosses have and how new technology can help them in it. They will identify what drives their career, barriers they are likely to meet and how to overcome them. They will also learn to work better with people of different levels and prepare information and research for their bosses.

During the training, all participants will get a chance to take part in projects that will help them develop managerial aspects of their positions, improves their ability to plan and monitor tasks. There will also be a series of meeting with potential and real-life employers.
