The objectives of this training course are:

• To strengthen academic and enrolment planning in supporting the output of quality graduates.
• To enhance the national PQM grid by refining and aligning universities’ PQMs with the National Plan for Higher Education.

In addition, Participants will address conceptual models and research designs for determining program effectiveness, and systems of data collection and analysis that can be applied to gather information and inform decision making on a regular basis. Case studies and project-based learning will be employed in each course.
