The AiMP Leadership Training and Mentorship programme is specially designed for young persons like you, who are either about to enter the workforce or who are young entrants into the workforce. The intensive training course will show you how to identify and maximize your gifts, successfully navigate the marketplace as well as distinguish yourself in a highly competitive and compromised market place.

Spend six Saturdays in the span of three months with leading industry experts and you will be able to learn directly from those with a proven track record of success in their lives and career, who will provide you with strategies to stand out in your chosen profession, handle the formidable challenges of career progression, take on and succeed in various leadership roles.
