Leading organizations usually have a process in place for “grooming their leaders” to ensure the ongoing sustainability of their business. These groomed leaders undergo specific training and development interventions aimed at proactively providing them with the skills and competencies they require to succeed as they transit from one management level to the other, in alignment with the core values of the organisation.
The Regenesys New Manager Development Programme (NMDP) develops understanding at a fundamental level of different fields of management to ensure that managers can perform efficiently. The programme focuses on developing competencies in managing individuals, projects, costs, time and quality. It orientates delegates to shift from being task-oriented towards being more people and results oriented.
The programme is targeted at people newly promoted or soon to be promoted into managerial roles as well as people who carry responsibility for the work of others such as project managers.
