Well Delivery Project Management Course

This 5-day course is designed to provide a project management framework contextualized for well delivery projects from the opportunity identification and project initiation, through definition and execution. Building on the fundamentals of PM techniques (PMBOK) and industry best practices, it introduces process methodology for well construction and service delivery projects in the oil and gas industry as a means of mitigating value erosion or cost and time overrun. The course utilizes Case Study methodology as the basis for embedding the instructions, combined with classroom discussions, syndicated tasks and design exercises.
