Business Analysis is the application of knowledge, competencies, tools, and techniques to frame business issues and identify business needs; identify and suggest possible solutions to meet those needs; elicit, document, and manage stakeholder requirements to achieve project objectives; and facilitate project or programme product, service, or result realization.

The course is aimed at all those who have an interest in the practical aspects of the management of business analysis, who aim at acquiring the PMIPBA® certificate, or wish to acquire PDUs useful for maintaining the PMP® or other PMI® certificates (the course awards PDUs thus subdivided: 12 Strategic and Business; 2 Technical; 0 Leadership).
