During recruitment, employees are considered on individual basis.  But there is no such perfect individual and so it requires a team to achieve the vision, mission and goals of an organization.  When a team is properly built and individual characteristic harnessed, collaboration will increase, fostering peace and harmony and organizational goals will be achieved.

This course is designed to examine what it takes to build a functional and successful team. Individual characteristics that make up a team will be examined also.  At the end of this 5-day programme, participants will be equipped with the skills required to function effectively in a team. We will also examine the stages of team building with their different support and function skills.
