In today’s business environment, the front desk officer (customer service, receptionists, cashiers, tellers, etc.) has an all-important role on the public image of the organisation.  Being the first point of contact with customers/clients, it is imperative that all the essential requirements are met to make a lasting first impression on customers.

At the end of this 5 days intensive training, participants should be able to understand the ten commandments of cubicle management, Front desk and cubicle etiquettes, communicate effectively and building positive relationships with customers for customer loyalty and generating return businesses.
