When it comes to the workplace, cleanliness and personal hygiene are of utmost importance. Employees are not the only ones that roam around the office, customers and other stake holders are entitled to safe and hygienic environment in addition to excellent service delivery from all members of the staff including the cleaners.

Learning Objectives:

 Our customer service, hygiene and safety for office cleaning employees course aims to teach participants all the customer service, work ethics and cleaning essentials, from roles and responsibilities to handling and understanding cleaning products. Learning will begin with personal evaluation to how much the participant knows and ends with an action plan where participants are asked to make a presentation indicating how they plan to improve on their service delivery based on the acquired learning
