SPHRi certification helps to propel the holders’ career forward by validating their superior- level knowledge, competency and command in the formulation and implementation of HR planning, strategy and policy in an international setting.

To be eligible, you must have:

• At least four years of experience in a professional-level HR position + a master’s degree or global equivalent
• At least five years of experience in a professional-level HR position + a bachelor’s degree or global equivalent, OR
• A minimum of seven years of experience in a professional-level HR position + a high school diploma or global equivalent

• aPHRi Classroom Training and Exam Prep Materials: ₦109,999 (Nigeria) | GH₵ 6,000 (Ghana)
• aPHRi Online Training and Exam Prep Materials: ₦69,999 (Nigeria) | GH₵ 3,000 (Ghana)
• Exam Fee + Application: $420

Testing for the SPHRi is available year-round, subject to availability at the Prometric testing center of your choice.
