This Business Valuation course will discuss the concept of Value, differentiating between value and price; equity valuation methods/models, forecasting techniques, and addressing specific issues in Valuation.

Delegates will learn:

• The commonly used valuation methods: Market-based, and Discounted Cash Flow method (DCF)methods
• Forecasting cash flows to make reasonable DCF valuation estimates
• Addressing issues that may arise in conducting a valuation
