This training course will help participants to learn the procurement terms, as well as basic models and techniques used across the procurement cycle. Practically designed, the course utilizes case studies and workshop activities and encourages participants to bring their own experiences to the table. Participants will leave the course with a collection of appropriate templates that can be used in their day-to-day procurement roles. This 5-day course presents a set of industry guidelines aimed at streamlining the supply chain administration function and improving logistical operations.
