The gender mainstreaming in human resource course provides HR professionals and managers with the tools to integrate equity and inclusion across all HR functions. This program focuses on identifying systemic barriers, addressing unconscious bias and promoting gender-responsive practices in recruitment, retention and leadership development.
Participants will explore inclusive performance systems, learn to conduct gender audits and implement gender action plans that support a diverse and equitable workplace culture.
This instructor-led training is available both physically and online and includes a Certificate of Completion for all participants.

Delivery Method
This program is taught through a mix of practical activities, theory, group work and case studies. Training manuals and additional reference materials are provided to the participants.
