This Job Evaluation Training Course equips participants with the skills to assess roles, structure jobs and link evaluation outcomes to fair compensation strategies. The program covers key methodologies for analyzing positions and designing job frameworks that support transparency, engagement and performance.

Participants will learn how job evaluation shapes grading systems, informs pay decisions and fosters equity across teams. Training is available in both in-person and virtual formats. A certificate is awarded upon completion.
