The Academy for Individual and Collective Development (AICD) is a department under the Company (Hedge & Gold Ltd) with the core business of Training, Research and Consultancy services for private and public sectors to enhance their individual and collective duties in contributing their best to their expected functions with the mandate to support Clients and the society at large, a sustainable development needed for their effective Operation in attaining their overall Objective.
