The overall aim of this course is to provide participants with the competencies required to make their organizations thrive in a changing world. Participants on this interactive course will have the opportunity to strengthen their practice of adaptive leadership no matter what role they play in their organizations. Also, this course presents tools and tactics to help participants lead and mobilize people and tackle tough problems while reaching high.

  • Distinguish technical problems from adaptive challenges and learn how to observe, interpret and intervene
  • Discover the implications of the status quo on their organizations and diagnose the system
  • Create an adaptive culture by mobilizing the system
  • Devise a plan to identify their roles, prioritize and articulate their purposes in an adaptive challenge
  • Apply tactics that will allow them to identify the emotional elements needed to lead an adaptive change

NDOMA ODEY NDOMA (B.SC MBA, M.SC FCNA, ACTI, AMNIM, ACIA) - Managing Partner of Ndoma Ndoma & Co. He holds B.Sc and M.Sc in Public Administration from Ambrose Ali University and University of Lagos respectively. He also holds MBA, Marketing from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology as well as HND in Accounting from College of Accountancy, Jos. He is a professional Accountant having qualified as an Associate Member of the Certified National Accountant (ANAN). Mr. Odey Ndoma is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Administration (ACIA); Associate Member, Advertising Practitioner of Nigeria (APCON) and Institute of Taxation (ACTI) and Associate Member, Nigerian Institute of Management (AMNIM) respectively.Mr. Ndoma began his working career with Continental Shipyard Limited, Apapa where he worked as Manager, Finance and Account. He began his Micro Finance Banking career in 2007 with Imperial Microfinance Bank Limited and later moved on to Head the Finance Dept of EDS Micro Finance Bank. Due to Dint of hard work he was elevated to the position of Chief Operating Officer by December 2010. He carried out some audit works for NEITI for three (3) years and later joined Davo Dani Microfinance Bank in September, 2014 and became the Managing Director in April 2015 till July 2017. Presently, he is the Managing Partner of NDOMA NDOMA & CO. a firm of Accountants and Management Consultants. He is also an Executive Member of Lagos Mainland branch of Chartered Institute of Taxation. Yomi Adebanjo, B.Sc, MBA, FCIS - Former Managing Director / CEO City Secretaries, a Company secretarial Firm, where he managed more than 50 companies on Company Secretarial and Governance and Compliance matters. He is presently the Company Secretary of Fidson Health Plc. He is a trainer with particular interest in Compliance and Corporate Governance. He will bring his experience to bear on our programs.
