The Fundamentals of Accounting Principles program equips participants with essential skills to apply accounting principles in real-world business contexts. Learners will interpret financial statements, conduct cash flow and financial analysis, apply forecasting for planning and control and make informed financing and investment decisions. The course also builds competence in designing effective budgeting and forecasting frameworks.
