Organizations often times failed to get the bid process right culminating in the need to start another bid process. This course is intended to fill deficiencies or upscale the skills of those who manage or lead the procurement process es and manage tender stakeholders responsible for preparing and issuing requests for quotes, tenders, or proposals and who evaluate and assess bid documentation and with contractors. The need to have a clear understanding of strategic procurement to enhance proactive purchasing as against reactive purchasing and adequate negotiation skills cannot be overemphasized. Participants will be exposed variously in this course.
