This comprehensive one-day intensive workshop at The Commonwealth Institute of Advanced and Professional Studies (CIAPS), titled “Techniques for Managing Complaints,” has been designed as a practical, skills-based training designed to equip professionals with the tools and confidence to respond to complaints effectively, turn dissatisfaction into loyalty, and build a culture of responsiveness and accountability.
